How can Sydney Airport support its local community?
Sydney Airport is proud to celebrate 100 years of being a part of the fabric of this city.
The airport is committed to helping its local communities thrive and currently engages with the community by contributing to initiatives and building on long-term partnerships.
To further this engagement, the airport is establishing a Community Panel that will assist with understanding how Sydney Airport can become an even better neighbour to its surrounding communities.
As Australia’s gateway, Sydney’s Airport connects people, places and communities every day to over 100 destinations in Australia and around the world.
The Community Panel is a great opportunity to have your say about how Sydney Airport supports its local community.
How the Community Panel works
The Panel will be made up of approximately 40 members, randomly selected from those who register, to match the broad demographics of the community.
Panel members will hear from airport staff, community groups and experts and then collaborate with other community members to prepare recommendations for the airport.

Your report will be presented to Sydney Airport’s Executive Management and will inform the Airports Community Investment Strategy.
